Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about getting your Munka goodies delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days, depending on destination
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay in the loop!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's website. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, please reach out to us.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
- If an order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Munka is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
